We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the Platform, and information from third-party services.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects without human review.
We share your information only in the following circumstances:
When a booking is confirmed, the assigned worker receives your service address, access instructions, and first name. Workers do not receive your payment or financial information.
We use trusted third-party services to operate the Platform, including Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage, and Stripe for payment processing. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We may disclose your information where required by law, court order, or government authority in Australia.
If Space Clean is acquired or merges with another business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance.
All payment card information is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. Space Clean does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or raw payment credentials on our servers.
We store only the Stripe Customer ID, last 4 digits, card brand, and expiry date for display purposes in your account.
Worker bank account details (BSB and account number) are stored securely in our database and used solely for the purpose of facilitating worker payment by our administrators. This information is never shared with clients.
Space Clean captures before and after photos during each job as part of our transparency and quality assurance commitment. These photos are:
Photos may contain images of your property's interior. They are not shared publicly and are only used for service verification and dispute resolution.
Job records, including checklists, timestamps, and photos, are retained for 2 years after job completion.
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:
